Gold Tower meeting (Example Scene)

The office was quite, just a few computers with there buzzing in the background, and the sound of the elevator with the well known voice of arriving at the office floor ''Floor seventeen.''
The armed guards nearest the elevator door moves there hands closer to the holster.

Salib waves his hand to the guards, and they as usual relaxes.
He have been waiting for Rick Obrian to arrive, usually Salib never have to wait for anyone. But this time, he accept it for the greater good for this Town.
He stands up to welcome Rick.

Rick walks out from the elevator with a feeling that this meeting can change alot, he smiles politely at Salib and offers his hand. 
''It's always a pleasure to meet you Prince Salib.''

Salib gives Rick a smile and takes the hand.
''And the same to you Mr Obrian, here have a seat!''
He offers him the luxuary leather chair at the other side of the desk.
When Rick has been seated Salib take forward a pile of documents from the desk.
''Here is all the police reports of all the robbings going around in the city, have a look and see if you can get any clues from it.''

As Rick goes through the documents, he write down some notes on his phone, and take a few pictures of some of the documents. After about 15 minutes he gives the pile back.
''Thank you Prince Salib, I think I've got enough.''
